Bryan burns, MEc, Bcomm - owner
Bryan's focus is helping people and organizations be healthier, more effective and more resilient. His work includes teaching mindfulness, consulting on benefits and other wellness services to support wellbeing. In parallel with his professional life, he has engaged deeply in mindfulness practices, yoga and compassion practices.
Liz creene - operations manager
Liz leads client service, projects, and administration. She works on development of employee policies and employee handbooks, and benefit plan setup and administration. Clients rely on her expertise in benefit administration and navigation of health benefits plan design, employee enrolment and claims trouble-shooting. She leads delivery of health and wellness programs including development of lunch and learn programs, employee surveys and scheduling of wellness experts.
In 2017 Liz had her first daughter, Ella. Motherhood keeps her busy, but when she gets some spare time, she enjoys Ashtanga yoga, writing, and reading. She has recently started a class in American Sign Language, a skill she has always been interested in learning.
Molly De shong - mindfulness
Molly works with government, non-profits and business organizations in mindfulness training and coaching. She is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and a Nova Scotia Registered Counselling Therapist . Molly has a M.Ed. (Counselling) from Acadia University and a diploma in Health-Based Psychotherapy. Molly has done MBSR: Training with Drs. Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santarelli, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy training, and Transformative Mediation Basic and Advanced Training.
Whitney BysterveldT - Massage therapy
Whitney provides therapeutic massage and corporate mobile massage. She is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduated with honours from the RMT program at ICT Northumberland College. She has completed training with the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health & Safety in Musculoskeletal Disorders Prevention and Office Ergonomics.
Nicole Marchand - Dietician
Nicole is a Registered Dietitian and is certified through the Nova Scotia Dietetic Association (NSDA) and the Canadian Dietetic Association (CDA). She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Nutrition from MSVU in 2009, graduating with distinction and highest aggregate. She focuses on digestive health and gut health and treats clients with symptoms of indigestion such as bloating, stomach pain and heartburn. She runs programs that focus on digestive health and mindful eating in order to increase energy levels, improve sleep, help with weight management, improve digestion and reduce the risk of diabetes and heart disease.
