Mindfulness is an innate human quality which can be enhanced with practice, so people can create a better world for themselves and others.

Our favourite definition of mindfulness is, "paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally", put another way, it is,  "Bringing one's complete attention to the present experience on a moment-to-moment basis." (Jon Kabat Zinn).
