HRO Core Inc. is pleased to partner with Life By Design Inc. creator Mara Vizzutti (B.Ed). Mara is a seasoned facilitator and coach. Originally from western Canada, she has spent over 10 years working for a well-respected San Francisco based training company conducting seminars in personal leadership effectiveness and delivering coaching solutions for various groups and corporations.

Since moving to Halifax, Mara has worked with a number organizations to increase communication effectiveness. Some of these include: Nova Scotia Business Inc., KPMG, Transport Canada, Maritime Travel, Farmer’s Dairy, CBDC, etc.

Mara is committed to creating more collaborative, inspiring work environments where people feel engaged. Her goal is to transform the process of business communications and facilitate collaboration, connection and healthy relationships in the workplace.

Group Reports are also available to allow you to compare the scores of two groups of employees within your company and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention efforts and training programs.

Employees access a secure website to complete their assessment online. Responses are then scored by HRO CORE and feedback provided can be used in employee development, coaching, and hiring.
